North Star STEM Alliance Kick-Off

Where: Science Museum of Minnesota
What: The North Star STEM Alliance Kick Off Event brings together students, staff, and faculty from across the Alliance to meet and network. Students can learn more about Alliance activities and how to get involved. Students will have the opportunity to speak to researchers about summer undergraduate research opportunities at partner colleges and learn about post-baccaleureate opportunities. Also present are transfer admissions counselors who are available to talk about transfering from 2-year to 4-year colleges.

GWC USA is interested in being part of the North Star Alliance/Louis Stokes Alliance by working with k-12 students to fill the STEM pipeline to participating colleges and universities in MN.
