LSAMP Activity
The Science Museum of Minnesota hosts the annual Kick-Off Celebration, held this past fall on September 25th. The kick-off features poster sessions of research opportunities open to students across the Alliance, along with representative multicultural student organizations in STEM. Students at two-year colleges got to meet transfer admissions representatives at four-year institutions. Students could also explore other opportunities such as MentorNet, study abroad, and graduate school opportunities.
Several times a year Alliance students gather at the Science Museum for visits to current exhibits and Omnitheater presentations.
